ADDITIONAL DETAILS

• Overall box dimensions 10 1/4" L x 7 1/2" W x 3 1/8" H x 5/8" thick
• Interior dimensions for bottom of box 9 1/8" L x 6 1/4" W x 2" D
• Interior dimensions of the lid 9 1/8" L x 6 1/4" W x 3/4" D
• Inside of box is velvet lined, around inside edges of box and under foam
• Outside lid is 1" H.  Inside lid has a depth of 3/4".  Lid inside has foam attached
• Box has removable foam: 9/16" thick (2 layers on bottom, 1 layer on top)
• Box lid has rounded edges
• Box is made from Rubber Wood
• Has gold hinges and a gold flip-down clasp
• Outside box 2 1/16" H.  Inside box 2" deep
• Box side walls are 5/8" Thick

LASER INSTRUCTIONS

• Piano Finish Raster settings:
  - 35 watt DPI 400 Speed 25% Power 55%
  - 60 watt DPI 400 Speed 35% Power 45%
  Note: The recommended settings above may need adjustments for best results. Settings will vary depending on the Brand watt and model
• Lasering wood gift items
  1. Place in laser so gift item is flat and level
  2. Gift items are front engraving only
  3. Piano and rosewood items are typically masked & paint filled
• Clean up:
  1. After lasering gift item clean with cirtus cleaner - if paint filled remove mask
• FOAM VECTOR SETTINGS
  Starting points
  35W 15S 25P 2500hz
  60W 15s 20P 2000hz
  80W (TROTEC) 30P Speed 2.5 1000hz
  120W 20s 15P 1500hz
• Best to use your vector grid when cutting to help with heat flow. Thicker 1 pieces may take 2 passes or a little more power to cut through. There will be a smell but this material is laser safe.
