LASER INSTRUCTIONS

Red Alder Laser Settings
- 35 watt DPI 400 Speed 23% Power 45-50% (APPROXIMATE)
- 60 watt DPI 400 Speed 28% Power 30%
Note: The recommended settings above may need adjustments for best results. Settings will vary depending on the Brand watt and model
Lasering wood gift items
1. Place in laser so gift item is flat and level
2. Gift items are front engraving only
3. Piano and rosewood items are typically masked & paint filled
Clean up:
1. After lasering gift item clean with cirtus cleaner - if paint filled remove mask
Tips
Testing for correct marking position laser on a test piece or tape a clear piece of plastic on laser image to see if it is centered correctly
Vector cut mask or plastic for placement guides
Do not disturb paint filled areas if cleanup is needed after removing mask .
