• Product Warning MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) plaques typically use a thin foil overlay to create the finish. If you will be customizing this item yourself, it's important to note that the foil overlay finish is delicate may peel if you apply (and remove) painters tape, or other temporary (low tack) tape used to align items, or apply vinyl to the surface of the board. We cannot guarantee this item against the finish peeling in this scenario.

Exactly what I was looking for.

I am a scale modeler and I wanted a wooden base to display my models inflight on. I put an acrylic post from the plaque and into the model and it makes the perfect display. I also put information on the aircraft in a baseball card holder and use Bluetacread more to affix it to the plaque. A great looking and affordable way to display my model aircraft inflight.
